As a Contractor your happiness is guaranteed to be the number 1 focus of your account manager and upline. I truly felt Custom had my best interest in mind and provided great insight and mentorship in the market. I learned a lot about what I enjoy doing because both Custom and the client were flexible in roles and job scope. The most transparent relationship I have ever had with an employer.

Career Development is 100% dependent on the client. But it never hurts to ask Custom for assistance. E.g. trade shows, conferences, classes. Though as a short term contractor it makes sense to not invest in people like this. It's part of the business. Not a con.
