Terrible wage, terrible management, terrible facilities tea room etc, constant lies about late wages, pension schemes etc, no benefits to working here except a wage

Good colleagues at non management level

They steal money from employees commission and are so well versed in justifying it. Offer to help until of course you wish to avail of said help. Scared of spending money even if it benefits the company.
