None - very rare to make good relationships but is possible.
Cons
Awful management (they tell your information to others in the office), quality assurance are not nice to others and exclude people. Not enough staff. None existent work life balance. No team work, you just get reprimanded if you don’t do someone else’s job. Too much gossip. People acting like food in the office that is bought by company money is their own and hiding it from everyone else.
