Pros
Completed few months with Curia and its a good opportunity to explore yourself with new learnings in the job role. As GSS is new startup we have good career building and growth culture. Good salary pay structure. Leadership team is good.
Cons
Need to provide employee benefits to improve work satisfaction. No cab facility. Lack of keen observation on people and trusting gossips which is flaw among the team. Long working hours impacts work-life balance.
