      Pros

      Pay was alright. Got to learn some new techniques here.

      Cons

      High turnover. Very much all about profit and rushing things. Analysts are pushed to do more work than realistically possible and then blamed for things that may not go right. Management don’t care at all about employees, only hitting their goals.
