Pros
None, was great before AMRI purchased the company and have since started running it into the ground ... not intentionally, they just don't have a clue !
Cons
With the CEO, CFO and most of the rest of the management its the "old pals" network, if you didn't work for Teva you aint getting in ... all moved from Teva and continue to implement the same failing process into this business ... which clearly isn't working.
