Wish people came into the office more consistently

-Employee owned by select elite -MegaRoth 401k -A lot of meetings to hear from employees -Year end Holiday party has open bar -Plenty of associates who are eager to help

-Low 401k match -Favoritism instead of merit based pay and bonus -Restrictive covenants in non-solicit are punitive; they expect us all to finish our career here. But they can lay us off at anytime and our clients can’t follow us even if they want to. Very one sided. -client performance reporting only goes back two years -fees are too high and investment performance lags -management succession hinges on only one key employee
