The culture of the company is very positive. The owner and other employees are extremely helpful and collaborative, which creates a motivating and friendly work environment. I’ve experienced significant personal growth while working here. The salary is always credited on time, and the working hours are well-maintained without unnecessary pressure. Overall, it’s a great place to work and grow.

There are no major cons to mention from my side. However, like any organization, there’s always scope for improvement in internal processes.
