Pros
Training is intensive and all encompassing. CubeSmart really wants their business to succeed and they accomplish this in part by making sure their employees know what to do in every situation. Stores help each other to meet goals, and fellow workers will bend over backwards to help out. Weekly district meetings keep everyone on the same page, and provide a sense of cohesion and further team accomplishments. The District Manager for my location is one of the best retail managers I have ever encountered. She was a true captain, in that she could do every job that she oversaw. This company could run workshops on how to run a large business. Everything is streamlined, there is an answer to every question, and nothing falls between the cracks. CubeSmart runs a tight ship.
Cons
There is only one con I can think of: CubeSmart may not own the storage property that you work at, they may just manage it. This can translate to less than desirable facility conditions. CubeSmart can advise a slum lord, but in the end they can't make the owner take care of their property.
