1. Micro management happens by Leads and Managers for login, logout and break times. 2. Not good for North peoples as 90% are from South. 3. Even Teams call happens in Kannada and Telugu language in which North people will feel left out. 4. Hiring happens internally with Management’s relatives. 5. And appraisal and growth depends on how good relations you have with Mangement and not fully based on your work. 6. Will be forced to work on Weekends. 7. No cab or food facilities. 8. Compulsory working from office.
