-Fun Co-Workers -Fast Paced work, always busy and the days fly by -Most Regular Shoppers were a Joy! Loved seeing them week in and week out

-Upper Management is Laughably out of Touch with the stores. they sit up in their offices and rule with an Iron Fist on all the Stores. Many times my Department was embarrassingly understaffed, and I had no control of it because I didn't have hiring power. Higher ups would come into the store and just point out everything wrong with your department. Instead of asking "What do you need to succeed?" or "How can I help?" they would basically just tell you everything wrong with your department. and then they would micromanage your department for the months to come. The final straw for me was when someone from Upper Management came in one day. They didn't greet me, didn't say hi to me, didn't talk to me. They walked around my department and then told someone to tell someone else to tell me what was wrong with my department.
