Very bad bakery manager that watched me every second and not once engaged in small talk. A very very noisy environment. After a while, despite no performance issues, they decided I wasn't right for the job and offered me a different, very understandable, position for $20.50/ hour. Coincidentally they had just hired another person paying them less. I left after another store manager told me the actual pay would be $15.75/hour.
