Pros
Never had a 40 hour work week so time to search for another job was available. All of the non management staff shared the same disdain for the company so it was easy to get along with coworkers. Work was rare and top management profited from the backs of the lower level staff by billing clients project time while they were on extended vacations. Place was like a ghost town most weeks.
Cons
Fraudulent company who pays well below industry standard for employees to do twice the work asked of. Constant turnover and unethical behavior was the norm. Women especially had it rough and were treated sub human (I witnessed this with my own eyes and I am a Man) reports of unethical and harassing behavior were ignored repeatedly.
