1. too comfort that makes you grow no more 2. Operational team doesn't understand the basic needs of employees. does whatever seems okay to hear with 100% confidence! 3. fake transparency, where company doesn't share any profit loss or revenue margins. will create fake rescission and give hikes only after listening to all your personal & financial commitments. 4. huge politics - even small appreciation is given only to those who the management supports or wants to exult. those who work are not valued. 5. very poor human management and team management skills.
