      Gives your vast industry exposure Very frequent travelling Huge responsibility

      Cons

      Very poor UK management with no planning, co-operation between staff finally terrible man management. Wages look slightly above average externally however so much responsibility in comparison to other places I’ve worked often lone working with expecting you to know everything with no training. Poor work/home balance

      Pros

      Most colleagues are friendly and engaging. All wanted the best for the company. Relaxing environment while last.

      Cons

      Corporate unwilling to invest in the local company. The original Business Manager was very knowledgeable and respectful, but the new management immediately made some uncomfortable changes without consulting employees.
