Crunch provides professional training as well as in house courses, and as a result of this we have a variety of accountants all at different levels and stages of their career.
Crunch provides support for all of its employees in each department throughout the organisation and takes learning and development very seriously. The business also conduct regular surveys and meetings with its managers so every employee will be given the chance to provide feedback on ways that Crunch can improve on all aspects of the business including training.
Staff retention is constantly being monitored; the team are continuously working on making Crunch a great place to work. Salaries are competitive and checked regularly against market data and are in line with the regional average. Crunch also provides opportunities for career progression and development. Benefits that Crunch offer are, generous pension contributions, life and health scheme, free breakfasts and subsidised prices at local café’s, bars and gyms.
Staff were asked to vote on a decision that would affect their working hours in 2015, the vote was a unanimous decision and Crunch did not implement a change to the working hours. Crunch listened to the feedback from its employees and went with the majority decision.
Crunch are unlike any other accountancy firm, we operate in a completely different way making the company more efficient for our customers. Career progression is important to us all at Crunch and we have clear guidelines on the developmental routes a staff member can take.
