Pros
The people, for the most part, are wonderful to be with during a work day. Most people are genuinely happy to be there and care about their jobs. My managers provide plenty of guidance and opportunities to take on more responsibilities. I feel that the benefits are very competitive and as a parent with little ones, they are VERY flexible when I need to move things around. Company seems to be growing and there are definitely opportunities to grow with them.
Cons
There are some people with the same job title and salary that just don't do their share of the work, not only that, the share they do complete, they do with a bad attitude and lackluster performance. Management doesn't seem to hold these people accountable and it can be frustrating to know you are making the same as someone who is just getting by doing the bare minimum. These employees have learned they can get away with it with very little accountability so they don't have any real motivation to get it together. The pay could stand to be a little better but with how flexible they are, I count my blessings.
