Beware. Unstable Leadership - Sales Executive Crownpeak Employee Review

There is zero culture and poor leadership. There has been a 5x turnover in management and several rounds of layoffs with an overly involved private equity firm. With the high turnover, there is no structure or proper strategy to grow the company. The executive leaders are out of touch and not qualified to run the business. There is a bully mentality, and they do not support their team, especially females. This is not a place where you can develop professionally.
