Pros
Pay and you dont have to work much overtime on the weekends. Easy work, you dont have a supervisor that has a clue on what you are doing.
Cons
Worse management I have ever worked for. Favortism and no pension just 401k for retirement to go with your overpriced insurance. HR harrasses employees baesd on non baeless informatio aka just go by here say of favorites not on actual facts. Managers are very uneducated in their departments. Managment hired based off of interpersonal relationships not qualifications.
