Question 1
What past experience do you have that is relevant to this position?
It's very behavioral and knowledge-based. The interviewers want to gauge skill, relatability to the role, and personality. They are very observant and trying to see how you would perform in general for the role and with customers. They seem to at times make the interview light and tense to see how well you respond.
