      Work from home positions were available.

      Cons

      Not truly transparent and company meetings were misleading to the success of the company. Promotions were old school, it’s more about who you rubbed elbows with not merit or achievement.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
