      Lots of different types of work, broad experience. Some of the managers are great and will help you learn.

      Cons

      They say one thing and practice another. No work-life balance. Comp is not that great for the hours.

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
