      The standard accounting firm/lifestyle drawbacks: -Pay/Bonus -Workload can be overwhelming at times -Competency of firm support services...ex. AP department, Office Support Staff -Travel when it's constant and to not so glamorous places -Hours

      Pros

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
