Pros
Without rose colored glasses there are not many pros left - unlimited PTO (if you can use it) - Real-time bonuses (6 months into the program, these bonuses are imaginary) - plenty of open office space (COVID and staff reduction)
Cons
It is a shame that Crowe is no longer a great place to work. It was sad to leave Crowe as it felt like an empty shell of its former self. So much potential wasted.
