      401k match ability to wear jeans in the office ability to work remote

      Cons

      Little to no work life balance improperly managed projects project management that doesn't look out for their employees- they will sacrifice their own co-worker get ahead Losing vacation time every year significant overtime required with no additional compensation

      I have yet to meet a person that wasn't super sharp, wonderful, helpful and kind. Best large company I have EVER worked for.

      I wish I could transition to full time, not really a 'con'.

      Work life balance and remote flexibility is great here. Everyone is also supportive and willing to help where they can

      Not the best communication with management and not always clear on the best path for growing or being open to opportunities
