      Vacation, demanding work environment. You can get out of Crowe Horwath what you want to get out of Crowe Horwath. If you want to come here and bust it, move up quickly, you can.

      Cons

      The broad exposure of growth that you will get comes at a sacrifice to your personal life. Once you make manager, you have to make an attempt to scale it back, or you will burn yourself out.

      As a working parent there is a ton of flexibility and understanding for my needs at home. This has enabled me to work through busy seasons without a ton of extra stress.

      Cons

      Recent return to office mandates are hard for employees who were hired on remote and don’t live near an office.
