Super clear communication and clearly laid-out processes. I am enjoying the HR process that has different members of the team introduce their specialty to me. Friendly atmosphere from the entire team. CEO put me at ease in the interviewing process.

Small company so most work at home a good bit. Not a con for me as I want to do that also. Might be a con for someone who wants to be in a facility with their team.

The team at Crossrope is incredibly kind and thoughtful. Everyone is excited about the products of the company and works hard to make the company successful. Everyone is very respectful of others and supports one another. The management is incredibly supportive of career growth. Leadership works to ensure a positive and strong culture among the employees. Everyone is respectful of each other's time which supports great work/life balance.

No true cons to share here. The company operates on a small team. The culture is truly one of kindness and respect so there is a low level of competitiveness. Benefits and career growth can sometimes be a challenge just given the nature of a small team but the leadership truly makes an effort to provide opportunities for growth in many ways.
