Honestly, I haven’t found any major cons so far. Like most growing startups, some processes are still being formalized, so you need to be comfortable with occasional ambiguity.

I had a recruiter from reach out to offer the most laughable 1099 pay structure of $10 an hour. This is sub minimum wage in most states and they should be ashamed of themselves.
