I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Crossing Hurdles in May 2026
Interview
The "interview" was an AI video segment of the application. Upon applying for a similarly titled role via LinkedIn, I was contacted by a recruiter of theirs to apply for another one of their roles as a top candidate. What I was met with was instead a very robust application with the final section being a vague, AI driven "Domain Expert Interview". The "interview" section was intended to take 14 minutes, although I don't know how one would fill that time talking to no one; That is the final straw that makes this seem like an elaborate data-mining scheme.

Question 1
Domain Expert Interview was requested with no clarity on the domain you were expected to expound upon. I was unsure of how to possibly fill the time, other than talking myself up and selling myself.
Which, I think is very much their intention... Gross.

Interview
Shady, very shady ai interview with constant e-mail harassment to finish that same interview process. Funnily enough, never heard of anyone that got a job from that same company, or better, i never heard of that recruitment firm before and the job listenings seems too specialized, almost like its some sort of data mining operation.
