Pros
Incredible team from top to bottom! Never met a better group to collaborate with, whether it was Crossbeam specific or just random slack channel topics. Really generous health benefits, PTO, access to FSA, 401k, etc. AND People Ops does take feedback on things to meet the need of employees. Also, fun little virtual get-togethers, semi-frequent swag, and an annual company offsite for some much needed IRL FaceTime. Once you step into the partnership space, you kind of get why their customers are obsessed. The work is super fulfilling and you can contribute/see your own impact really quickly!
Cons
Communication could be a bit better but hey, fully remote environments have their wrinkles. In these uncertain times, having a bit more transparency and thought behind individual employee growth plans goes a long way as well; best to go in with a clear cut idea of what you personally want in your career.
