If you want to know how I.T. Consulting is processed and delivered to clients, CrossRealms is great for this. The head consultant will place you in a "Support" role for a few months, while you learn a new technology such as VoIP, then you get to start and take full control of your project.

The pay is very low. Since this is a start-up, don't expect anything anywhere you would like unless you have several years experience in the position. The next huge con is if you are unable to pick up and fully learn a specific discipline within the three month time-span and know it inside and out, the head consultant will nitpick, belittle, and insult you for not doing your job well. There is no formal training.
