Pros
Some good and experienced employees. Direct exposure to senior management. Very nice HQ position next to Milan cathedral. Good working hours.
Cons
The management has recently taken some questionable decisions that have affected negativly the employees' satisfaction. If you want to retain talent, you need to offer more than just promises.
