      Pros

      Training is great. Met some really great colleagues and have remained friends today. Depends on the manager as to what opportunities you are given.

      Cons

      Micro managed. Your ideas mean nothing. Decisions are stalled or made based on your popularity and not your hard work. People work in fear and there is hardly any praise even when clients and customers have voiced there satisfaction

      Pros

      great opportunities for growth and to earn extra commission even with not being in a sales role Malia is also extremely supportive and goes the extra mile for the team ;) overall the team atmosphere is great, even when the work does get stressful!

      Workload can be a lot and can be difficult to manage whilst maintaining quality
