Pros

Management was great working with me about my scheduling needs. Coming aboard I made it clear I would only do a four day work week and making that happen was pretty hassle free. 120 hours PTO with 32 hour work week. Base pay hourly plus commission. Sometimes pro sometimes con. With their pay method it really incentivises taking your sweet time and sitting around not doing much.

Cons

Does not pay drive time. HUGE con. Charges you money out of your check to park your work truck at your own home. Note there is no office nearby to park at. Scheduling could be a little better Intense monitoring makes you feel like you work for Big Brother. Difficult to get a raise. Pay structure, see above. Commission rate is extremely low. Techs are generally underpaid and it's hard to get a raise.
