      Amazing benefits. Flexible scheduling. Great work/personal life balance.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Managers are promoted based on the “good ole boy” system. My branch is going downhill very quickly due to our new manager being terrible at his job. He cuts corners on supplies and equipment to keep money flowing into his bonuses.
