Pros
I've been working in IT for over 10 years and I can honestly say that Criterion is the best company I've worked for by a very large margin. I could go on forever about the pros of Criterion so I'll just give you the highlights. - Competitive Salary! (I'm paid 15% higher than average) - Great benefits! (Full medical, dental, and vision coverage cost me less than 20$ per month) - Great Culture! (From the top down they focus on work life balance, rewarding hard work, creating opportunities for advancement, and continuous development in education and skills) - Diverse Team! (I get to work with people from all walks of life and backgrounds)
Cons
Honestly the only con I can think of is that, even though management at the top prioritizes and pushes a great culture that focuses on taking care of employees, at the end of the day its up to each manager at every level to implement it. While my team's management is fantastic, I have heard of a couple managers on other teams being harder to work for, However, I think that is rare at this company whereas it was standard at other IT companies I've worked at in the past.
