Nothing good, run as fast as you can.

They are amateurs, it is a closely owned company so you are at the mercy of managers that don't know what they are doing and basically dream and will make you make their dreams come true... They wont give you proper training, or opportunities to work and will stab your back as soon as they have a chance to discard of you. They do not care about you, all they want is for you to sell their fiasco of software that basically nobody in the industry wants to buy.
