      Pros

      The colleagues I work with are highly motivated and the atmosphere is good, so I have never felt stressed at all while working. Many of the people I work with have a growth mindset, and I am happy to be in an environment where we can always give each other input on where we can improve and what we can do to provide a better business.

      Some may feel pressured because their salary is determined by their sales

      Pros

      The communication process with this company is quite smooth, and the objectives are clearly layout and terms well defined with little ambiguities.

      Cons

      They do take a bit more time to process the work submitted, but all in all, it may not necessarily be a bad thing. If the time used is to ensure quality of products.
