      Pros

      I work directly for the CEO and can honestly say, I have never worked for someone so kind and generous. He truly cares about every single team member and makes efforts to ensure everyone is heard. Everyone I come in contact with has been great. I love the fun activities and atmosphere that is created to keep the team motivated.

      Cons

      I work remotely, so sometimes I miss the camaraderie that comes from being around a team, especially with the pandemic, it has been more challenging, but management has done what they can to make sure the team keep being connected.

      Pros

      I've given my heart and soul to this organization over the past few years. I have come to truly love the team members, the vision of the company, and the way we operate. I'm thankful for the ways in which I've grown and the various team members that have supported me. I love the culture and how we take care of one another. Because of the leadership team, there are no obstacles too big or too small that we cannot come together to solve. I wear our Crimcheck swag literally weekly, and appreciate all the little things such as prizes, bonuses, and activities that we have. I'm blessed to work here.

      Cons

      We are currently all remote. Since the pandemic, it hasn't been as easy to see the team members in person. So, I hope there will be more opportunities in future for in-person activities like dinners, bowling, golf, and outings that we've had in the past.
