Crestcom International is a wonderful place to work! I have never accomplished so much in my career as the time I spent there. I reported to the CEO, Tammy, who was very easy to get along with. In fact, she was my favorite boss in my 10+-year marketing career. She expects every employee to generate impact, but leaves it up to each individual to map out their own plan to achieve success. Not only is Tammy concerned about impact, but she invests in employee development. Employees take leadership development courses every 90 days, and she encourages lifelong learning by funding online courses or conference admission. One area that really sets Crestcom apart is its culture. Everyone is close and we all got along great. Employee appreciate event days are held regularly where we all have fun at an offsite place. In addition, a few times per week at 4:30 we have the option to participate in on-site yoga and fitness classes. We go on random afternoon walks in the adjacent park, and have a Friday "beer-30". In addition, our office worked heavily with the franchisees. The franchisees are great. Our job is to support them, and it's really rewarding when they provide feedback expressing how much the work we do helps them in their business. Cons
It wasn't really a downside, but my husband is overseas and I left to join a remote working arrangement so I could be with him not just while he's overseas, but also when he is back in the States and as he travels around for work.
