Pros
Hybrid work schedule. That's the main one.
Cons
You're valued for doing as you're told, not for what you actually think. The company doesn't invest in its employees or value their input. There's a real gap between leadership and the hands-on reality of the job. The people making decisions aren't the ones using the systems or talking to clients. The staff who talk to clients every day and know the software firsthand have real, useful feedback, but leadership doesn't want to hear it. Decisions get made without considering the employees or the clients those decisions affect. Advancement seems to depend on agreeing with leadership rather than contributing ideas. If you want a place that develops you and takes your perspective seriously, this isn't it.
