      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to learn new processes and introduce new products and equipment for Medical Devices. Good Team Culture and friendly people. More Opportunity for development because of increased exposure. Engineering positions are well rounded, not just confined to operations can do projects, NPI etc. Flexible and knowledgable Engineering Managers/Supervisors.

      Cons

      Priorities can change very quickly, but nature of business.

      Pros

      There's no good words of this company. All they do it's they bribe the assemblers with raffles, good attendance, etc. from worked too much OT every weekend. Nothing is resolved cause they can't do there jobs.

      Cons

      Poor managements, unorganized, lack of communication, poor training, and NO LIFE because too much OT every weekend. (Especially on Sunday.)
