      Creditspring really values its employees, and pushes for your growth and development. You feel like you are part of the family, and really know what is happening! The benefits are great, and beat any previous employer.

      Pros

      Super friendly culture - no catch! Every team is considerate, kind and collaborative. No egos. No drama. Forward-thinking when it comes to product development, technology and more. Keeps things interesting - no two days are the same! The company and its members always put the customer experience first. Everyone truly values the customer's opinions and feelings and genuinely wants to help communities build up their financial education and resilience.

      Cons

      None - super happy and supported in this role and team environment. Looking forward to making more memories, continuing to learn from and spend time with an amazing and extremely talented group of people.

      Pros

      - Company is focussed on sustainable growth as opposed to growth at all costs - They regularly add to and/or improve our benefits - Regular pay reviews - Great office location - Internal decisions and conversations consistently reflect a genuine commitment to our mission and our customer

      Cons

      Sometimes decisions are made very quickly or pivots happen with little notice, which can be frustrating at times but is the nature of a business at this stage.

We take pride in being a purpose-led company and are always keen to improve how we do our job - Sharing our vision and creating plans together is part of our culture - And one of our values is working together - we take it seriously! Also acknowledging the note about the decision-making process - sometimes we change direction, rather quickly - as you say, it is the nature of a scale-up! (Hopefully part of the fun too.)
