Is a very good company with pretty good compensation, the culture is good, there's a strong feeling of teammates, they respect times and expect to never be contacted on vacations or days off or past office hours

Sometimes it feels like the culture is not applicable at the high levels, and there are times when you feel something is hiding from you, so you are always expecting some bad news, talking about the business. Some high-level people are not that so brutally honest.
