Pros
It used to be a great place to work, not a family like atmosphere like it used to be. It's a great place for call center hoppers. Can be rewarding work because you really do help people and help change lives.
Cons
45 minute wait time for members and expected to save upset members at a high rate. High school like environement. Expensive insurance. High turn over rate. Low pay. Nobody is on the same page. The systems used are very slow and crash often so it is difficult to do your job. HIGH STRESS. Boredom between calls if you actually get to breath between calls.
