Pros
*Understanding on personal matters/ work with your schedule. You just have to of course DO YOUR JOB AND NOT TAKE Advantage OF IT !
*Let you voice your opinion, feel heard
*In my deepest opinion they truly care about their employees
*Paid hourly and commission-
*have the ability to make a lot of money
*weekly play
*have the ability to grow within the company if you are GREAT at your original position
*it’s ok to laugh here, just always know it’s a time and place to be serious
*work from home position !!!
Cons
*pay can go up and down, but in CCS you at least have a base pay
*things are always changing- so never know if they might needed you in area you never signed up for but you can take it as a learning opportunity if your curious
*commission can have you disappointed due to the structure changes
*can be on the call with clients for almost an hour
*need more Spanish reps
*at times can be overwhelmed but what job not !
*7 out of 10 you have upset clients in your ear while on the phone
*can be confusing from the sales to clients to CCS, now CCS have to see how we can BETTER ASSIST
*1099 positions / No benefits - some people don’t mind this, some people may really need this - to each their own
