Pros

Good Benefits is about all i can really say is a pro of working here. Oh yeah and the annual Christmas party as well as cardinal game they take employee's to annually..

Cons

No acknowledgment or praise for hard working employees. i have been there 3 years without out a single raise because i was told it is not within the budget(but the company makes 50 million a year). No management training . Upper management only worried about making their pocket fat and pushing strong employee's out the door due to no recognition. Upper management is just to worried about themselves and push their work off on the lower management. Instead of actually caring about the, employees that make the company money. Favoritism within the office. Bonus structure is absolutely horrible and almost impossible to achieve

Thank you so much for your feedback! We are glad you enjoy the company outings and our generous benefits package! We apologize you feel training is lacking and the bonus structure is not satisfactory to you. Our team feels we offer competitive base pay along with a highly lucrative bonus structure. We also highly value initial and ongoing training to provide the best chance of success for our employees. We are always looking for areas we can improve and apperciate your input.

Pros

I think their is a lot of potential for growth, will most definitely earn good money! If you can stay focus on the job and not let anything distract you, you can grow. Gems of individual their that are amazing. Top management are amazing! They really try!

Cons

In trianing they talk about attendance and attitude. Their motto is even "doing the right thing, the right way, everday," as someone who constantly brings these things to a work environment and strive for those aspects, MOST of the tenure employees and leadership don't exemplify these mottos, they walk around with more inflamed ego and lack of acceptance. If you don't fit into the culture, but still bring the work ethic, it will be a tough time. Hard work doesn't mean much. If you don't fit the mold, it won't be an enjoyable work environment. The lack of inclusion and diversity is disturbing.
