Pros
Relatively flat structure means good visibility into the direction of the company and day-to-day wins/losses. Senior management is generally available and approachable. Some nice perks including occasional wellness days and flexibility with partial WFH. Good learning opportunities for junior staff interested in client-facing work or technical training. Manageable workload and hours.
Cons
Small company means sometimes you have to wear a lot of hats or take on tasks that would be better suited to a bigger team. Collaborative working / learning / development is not always possible if you are in a small team or function.
