Pros

Remote working is a benefit

Cons

Management are awful, bullying behaviours, they do not follow policies and guidelines. Some friendships in the team are obvious and impact the rest of the team. Training is poor. Do not do it!! The sad thing is, two hard working men created a great product and now the people in the leadership team are ruining it for them. This company will not be around long.

Sadly the pros became negligible as time progressed. Extremely disappointing.

Cons

Toxic leadership Nobody outside of a few of the ELT are heard Good people who had been there from the start managed out the business with senior management behaving inappropriately when discussing them Zero diversity in the ELT

Pros

There WAS a time when this was a fantastic place to work. The project was genuinely interesting, and the team was comprised of excellent professionals

Cons

The culture changed dramatically under new management, whose attitude towards staff became profoundly negative. A wave of compulsory redundancies created chaos within teams, which was exacerbated by a distinct lack of leadership. Those of us who remained were placed under constant pressure from management. Team capacity had been drastically reduced as leavers were not replaced, yet we were consistently asked to deliver more with less. Additional work and new responsibilities were routinely assigned without proper delegation or resources. Furthermore, a new bonus policy was introduced, but its results were never transparently shared, and the bonuses themselves never materialised. It was particularly galling that heads of department never seemed to be held accountable for failing to meet unclear targets; instead, departed employees were routinely blamed for failures in their absence. Most alarmingly, the workplace environment became genuinely toxic
