Pros
Once application was completed, I was sent an video interview link, very straightforward, no human connection. I was given 72 hours to complete it, and the video interview was sent back to me, which worked for my personal interviewing skills.
Cons
The HR are receptive with results or feedback from the interview, so I took it as an opportunity lost and had to re-evaluate my personal submission.
